Prof. Steffen Berweck is head of the pediatric neurorehabilitation and movement disorders department within one of the largest hospitals for pediatric neurology in Germany. He was trained in pediatrics and neuropediatrics at the university of Freiburg, the Wedau Klinik at Duisburg and the university of Munich. The treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the use of botulinum toxin for movement disorders and the ultrasound guided injection technique are one of his major scientific interests with first publications dating back to 2002. He published and co-authored >80 monographs and papers, including clinical studies using botulinumtoxin to treat salivary glands. He became global coordinating investigator of the SIPEXI trial investigating efficacy and safety of this approach in children and adolescents. Many experts around the world received ultrasound training in seminars at his “homebase” in Munich, in instructional courses during the major congresses, or through on-site trainings which underpins his expertise and excellence as an instructor.
Dr. Warner Carr is a Board-Certified Allergist & Immunologist based out of Orange County, California where he is a founding partner of Allergy & Asthma Associates of Southern California and has practiced for more than 20 years. He has held various positions with the FDA, past president of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and is well published within the immunology community. Dr. Carr received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and finished his residency and fellowship during his military career at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium as well as the National Capital Consurtium.

Dr. Elizabeth Molberg-Wolff has been practicing medicine for more than 25 and is Board-Certified in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine, Adult Rehabilitation Medicine, and Brain Injury Medicine. She is the owner of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Associates, LLC in Southeast Wisconsin spanning Milwaukee, Green Bay and De Pere. She is the Chair of the Pediatric/Development Disabilities Council of the American Academy of PM&R and serves as an active member of the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. She is well published in the Physical Rehabilitation Medicine community. Dr. Molberg-Wolff received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and finished her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals and fellowship at Denver Children’s Hospital.

Mr. Keith Burke serves as Vice President of U.S. Marketing Merz Therapeutics where he leads commercial and brand strategy for the portfolio of products across the franchise. Mr. Burke is a global healthcare executive with more than 23 years of experience leading teams and product launches in pharmaceuticals and device across allergy/immunology, anti-infectives, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, invasive surgery and neurosciences. Mr. Burke started his career in sleep medicine where he become board certified as an RPSGT, to study sleep disorders in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Burke entered the pharmaceutical industry and has held roles in field sales, field sales management and leadership, sales training, US marketing, and global marketing with a focus on all regions ex-U.S. leading teams throughout his career.
