Currently there is no fee for membership. Please note the category qualifications for the membership tier you wish to be considered for. Your membership application will be reviewed by the membership committee.
Active Member
Eligibility: Active membership shall be open to those individuals who have attained an M.D. or a PhD degree or its equivalent (a “Doctor”) and have demonstrated a sustained interest in and contribution to the botulinum and neurotoxins field as determined by the Board of Directors in its discretion. Active members shall have full membership rights and privileges, including, without limitation, the right to vote and to serve as an officer and on the Board of Directors.
Associate Member
Eligibility: Associate membership shall be open to those individuals other than Doctors who are involved in vocations relating to, and have demonstrated a sustained interest in, the botulinum and neurotoxins field, as determined by the Board of Directors in its discretion. Associate Members shall be entitled to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
Affiliate Member
Eligibility: Affiliate membership shall be open to those individuals who provide, or are employed by enterprises that provide, products or services pertinent to the botulinum and neurotoxins field, as determined by the Board of Directors in its discretion. An Affiliate Member shall not have any voting rights or be eligible to serve as an officer or on the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Affiliate Members shall be entitled to list such membership in the Corporation in their credentials but shall not use such membership for the purposes of marketing or selling products or services to the Corporation or its members unless pre-approved in writing by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may, in its discretion, terminate the membership of an Affiliate Member using his or her membership for unapproved or inappropriate marketing or sales purposes.
