Once you register for the Toxins 2015 conference you will be given a discount code for your hotel accommodations. Please click on the link for the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon and type in the discount code to make your reservation.

Reservation guarantee:
One night accommodation will be charged to the credit card informed to guarantee the reservation. Remaining payment will be made at the check-out.

Cancellation policy:
The first night is non-refundable. After 12th December any cancellation, reduction or No show will be charged in full.

Booking conditions:
Check-in: Early assignment of the accommodation may not be guaranteed before 16:00, unless charged from the previous night. If rooms are available before 16:00 guests may be able to check in without additional charges.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 (noon) of the last occupancy day in the same conditions as they were occupied.

We kindly request you to inform us of your expected time of arrival and departure from the hotel.

The Corinthia offers parking to our hotel guests. No hourly parking available.

Once you register for the Toxins 2015 conference you will be able to download the Sana Malhoa Hotel registration form to book your accommodations. You will receive an email from the hotel with your confirmation number.

Reservation guarantee:
Reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. A deposit of one night room will be charged to your credit card. Rooms must be reserved by November 18, 2014. Reservations made after that date are subject to availability of room and rate.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation must be received in writing to the hotel 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation received until December 12, 2014 will not be charged. Any cancellation received from December 13-26, 2014, before the arrival date will be charged for one night stay of the reservation on your credit card. Any cancellations received from December 27, 2014, the entire stay will be charged on your credit card.
No Shows – All of the nights booked will be charged to your credit card.

The Sana Malhoa Hotel offers parking to our hotel guests. No hourly parking available.
•    Self Parking: 1€- per hour, 10€/per day plus tax daily

Registration guarantee:

Cancellation policy:
You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the January 14, 2015 meeting date. In the event that you fail to occupy the room on the night specified for arrival the hotel may retain your room deposit of one night hotel stay.
