Once you register for the Toxins 2017 conference you will be provided with a link to make your hotel reservations. The Melia Castilla has provided the INA with the discounted rate which is listed above.
Reservation guarantee:
One night’s accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. The remaining payment will be made at check-out.
Cancellation policy:
The first night’s payment is non-refundable. After 12th December any cancellation, reduction of stay or no show will be charged in full.
Booking conditions:
Check-in: Early check-in before 15:00 is not guaranteed, unless arranged from the previous night. If rooms are available before 15:00, guests may be able to check in without additional charges.
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 (noon) of the last day of occupancy in the same condition as when they were first occupied.
Kindly inform the hotel of your expected time of arrival and departure from the hotel.
