  • Rate: Single/Double – $169.00 plus taxes
    Upon registration you will receive a hotel booking link to the New Orleans Marriott Hotel.  Please note this link allows up to 9  individual bookings.  For group bookings 10 and over, please see group reservations.
  • Cancellation policy
    • Changes or cancellations can only be made via New Orleans Marriott
    • Cancellations are only possible until Midnight on December 20, 2021. The full cost of the room will be charged to the registered credit card by midnight on December 21, 2021. No changes or cancellations can be made after this date.

In order to secure rooms for your group (minimum of 10) at the headquarters hotel the New Orleans Marriott, you will need to download and complete the application form below and email it to You will be contacted by a New Orleans Marriott Hotel Associate to confirm your group reservation.

COVID-19 Hotel Updates:


  • Valet parking fee: 50.72 USD daily. Plus tax
  • One vehicle per room
  • No vehicles taller than 5 ft 9 in
  • Parking limited during special events
  • Valet only

Booking conditions:

  • Check-in: Early check-in before 4:00 pm is not guaranteed, unless arranged from the previous night. If rooms are available before 4:00 pm, guests may be able to check in without additional charges
  • Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am of the last day of occupancy in the same condition as when they were first occupied
