Group Registration

If you wish to register a group for the TOXINS 2026 8th International Conference, please complete and submit the Group Registration Request Form below. To qualify for group registration, a minimum of 10 attendees is required.

You will receive a Group ID code to be used when you register your attendees. The registration of your group can be done in waves and does not have to be completed in one submission. However, you must include the Group ID code with each submission.

Be sure to have the required information for each attendee upon registration. The required information for each attendee includes full name, degree, specialty, full mailing address, and email address. Be sure that each email address is correct and unique. This information will not be shared with any third party but will be used exclusively for meeting correspondence.

On completion and submission of the form, you will be provided with an invoice that includes information regarding the payment process.

Group Hotel Accommodations

Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center

In order to secure rooms for your group (minimum of 10) at the headquarters hotel the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center, you will need to download and complete the application form below and email it to groups@neurotoxins.org. You will be contacted by a Marriott hotel associate to confirm your group reservation.  Booking must include the peak nights 14, 15, and 16 January.

Attrition/Cancellation:

Group hotel room contracts must be signed within 14 days of receipt. Once the group rooming contract is signed, 50% will be invoiced and due within 7 days.  25% is due by 1 November 2025, and the remaining 25% will be due by 4 December 2025.  The International Neurotoxin Association agrees to allow for a ten percent (10%) reduction in your cumulative room night commitment without penalty until 17 November 2025.  No refunds will be issued after 4 December 2025.

Ancillary Room Request

If your group is interested in securing meeting space during the TOXINS 2026 8th International Conference, please complete the online form linked below.

INA policy allows exhibiting companies and nonprofit organizations to host events during TOXINS 2026, but places limits on the times and venues of these events. Entertainment, meetings, or similar activities will not be permitted without prior INA approval.

The INA must review and approve ANY event affecting TOXINS 2026 meeting attendees and faculty during the inclusive dates of the conference before promotion and implementation of the event can occur, whether it is being held at INA-contracted facilities or otherwise.

Once your request has been approved by the International Neurotoxin Association, the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center will contact you for further details to confirm your request and provide a contract.

Sponsors must comply with all applicable US, national, international, and local laws and guidelines.
