Upon submitting your application, you will receive and agreement to sign and return and an invoice to be paid to Scientiae LLC, 48 Wall Street, Suite 1100, New York, NY 10005.

Once the application has been approved and co-signed you will receive an invoice and the co-signed application. Payment can be made by check, wire transfer, or credit card.
