Registration Information
TOXINS 2026 8th International Conference registration fee includes admission to all Scientific Sessions and the Exhibit and Poster Hall. It also covers conference-related materials, and attendance at the Welcome Reception, Breakfast and Lunch. The registration fee excludes hotel accommodation. All registration fees are in US dollars.
Membership of the International Neurotoxin Association is open to individuals with an interest in the field and can be requested by clicking on the “Membership” tab above and completing the application form. There is no fee for membership. By becoming a member, you are entitled to a discounted registration fee.
Note to Physicians-In-Training (residents and fellows), PhD Candidates, and Postdoctoral Fellows & Students: To qualify for a reduced registration fee, please upload your credentials below, which document your current academic status.
Consent: As a registered attendee of the TOXINS 2026 conference, you authorize the International Neurotoxin Association (INA) to photograph your image as a participant in the TOXINS 2026 sessions and events. The use of the photographs will be limited to INA and for future meeting promotional purposes only.

Registration closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
By completing and submitting the registration form you are implicitly indicating your acceptance of said policy.
- Cancellations for the event must be submitted to the registration office by email to info@neurotoxins.org according to the dates listed.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations until Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
- Twenty-five percent (25%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations until Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
- No cancellations will be honored after Friday, 5 December 2025.
- Please allow approximately four weeks after the conference for processing of refunds.
