• Wireless internet access will be complimentary in the sleeping rooms and conference session rooms.

(Breakfast is not included in the above room rate; Breakfast is included in the registration fee and will be available in the Exhibit Hall)

Cancellation Policy

• Changes or cancellations can only be made via email to info@neurotoxins.org
• Hotel room reservations may be cancelled before 4 December 2023, without penalty. No refunds will be issued after 4 December 2023. The full cost of the room will be charged to the registered credit card by midnight on 4 December 2023. No changes or cancellations can be made after this date.

Parking

Estrel also has its own underground Parking Garage 22 euros per day.

Booking Conditions

• Check-in: Early check-in before 15:00 is not guaranteed, unless arranged from the previous night. If rooms are available before 15:00, guests may be able to check in without additional charges
• Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 of the last day of occupancy in the same condition as when they were first occupied

Any change or cancellation free of charge is possible until 14 days prior arrival date of arrival (6pm, hotel local time). In case of a late cancellation or change we charge 90% of the total amount of the given credit card.
