Exhibit Booth Application Form

The signer of this application for exhibit space shall be the official representative of the exhibitor and shall have the authority to certify representatives and act on behalf of the exhibitor in all negotiations. All exhibit correspondence will be addressed to the signer of this contract.

• We understand that all space must be paid for in full by Monday, 2 October, 2023. If the assigned space is not paid for in full by the specified date, it may be assigned to another exhibitor at the discretion of the International Neurotoxin Association (INA).
• We agree to abide by the terms and conditions included in the Exhibit Guidelines, which are part of this contract. This is not a binding contract until it’s signed by Lisa Gottlieb, the INA Secretariat on behalf of INA for TOXINS 2024.
• Exhibitors must present a copy of the booth design, including measurements, to the INA by e-mail to exhibits@neurotoxins.org by 23 October, 2023 to obtain written approval and authorization.
• If it becomes necessary to relocate an exhibitor after a contract has been accepted, the INA will contact the company involved. Every effort will be made to reassign the exhibitor to a similar space.

Note to Gold sponsors: The cost of a 3m x 3m booth is included in your sponsorship.

Non-profit organizations who receive a complimentary tabletop are still required to pay a reduced registration fee.

Written cancellation must be received by 16 October, 2023, and a refund will be granted less €500 to be withheld as a cancellation fee. If the exhibiting company cancels after 17 October, 2023, the exhibiting company will forfeit all payments made to the INA under this agreement, and the company will be held liable for the full amount of the cost of exhibit space. The INA shall have the right to use canceled space to suit its own convenience, including the selling of space to another exhibitor without any rebate to the exhibiting company.
