Can I register for a preceptorship with a mentor who is not in my geographical area?
Yes. You are responsible for your travel, hotel and any other costs.
Can I register for multiple injector preceptorship training sessions?
Yes.
Is it mandatory to become and INA member to particpate in a preceptorship training?
Yes. Upon request of a preceptorship your membership application will be automatically submitted. There is no cost for membership.
How many credits will I receive for the preceptorship?
Learners who complete the preceptorship will receive up to a maximum of 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for the injector preceptorship activity.
How do I obtain my CME/CE Credits?
Physicians will receive CME/CE credits after attending a preceptorship and completing the surveys and post evaluation.
Who should attend a preceptorship program?
This preceptorship program is designed for injectors of all levels of experience—from novice to expert—who wish to learn, improve, or expand their injecting skills using botulinum neurotoxins.
What payment methods are accepted for payment of the preceptorship programs
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) is accepted for registration. In order to avoid submission errors and declines, you must enter the EXACT billing address for the credit card that you are using.
What is the cancellation policy?
Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations 15 days prior to the scheduled preceptorship. No refunds will be made after that time.
Cancellations for the preceptorship must be submitted to the registration office by email to preceptorship@neurotoxins.org. The INA is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.
