Written cancellation must be received by Monday, 13 October 2025, and a refund will be granted less €500 to be withheld as a cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made after Monday, 13 October 2025.

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an agreement to review, sign and return to exhibits@neurotoxins.org.

Once the application has been approved you will receive the co-signed agreement and an invoice. Payment can be made by check or wire transfer. There is a €35.00 fee for wire transfer.
